Q: Why there is no price of pads on the website?
A: There are different quality pads(common or advanced quality) and different purchase ways (by sets or individual size), please email us freely for the price list. As for the other products, we mark the price already.
Q: What is the different between popular pads and advanced pads?
A:The different mainly comes from the raw material and making ways. Of course, the price is much different too. Please contact us freely for the price list.
Q: May I order by individual size?
A: Yes, you can order by single size or by sets. We make pads by 0.5mm in step. Please advice us your exactly size and thickness.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: There is no limited for usual request order by sets.
If you want to order pads by your request, the minimum order quantity as below:
Q: Can I put my own logo on the pads or no logo on it?
A: Yes, while your order should be more than 800USD. For the fist time, you need pay additional 50USD for the printing and no more money in the further. Because the printing company has a limited about the minimum order quantity, so the cardboard with your logo can make many pads.
Q: Is sample available?
A: Yes, we are always pleasure to offer free sample to test the quality before your order. While the freight will be taken by your side(it will cost 5~10USD by postal parcel)
Q: How to order, what is the shipping time and which way to ship the order?
A: We start to make pads after payment, please understand it.
We will advice the shipping time before your payment, usually it will about 15 days to finished your order.
EMS or DHL, it will take no more than 7 days to reach you.
Q: How to pay？
A: We accept Paypal (because of the transfer charge by paypal, you need pay 2% of the total price additionally, and we will share the others ), Western Union, Bank transfer.
Q: Is there additional customs to pay when parcel from China?
A: We will write down the value on the parcel as your requestment.
